Perfect Sunday
Sunday was perfect! We went to Langley to Celebrate my Aunt & Uncle's 50th Wedding Anniversary. They looked so happy together. I hope that we make it that far in life as well =) I'm 45 and have been married for 26yrs now. I think we are going to make it.
I made my Aunt & Uncle a Heart Shaped Filet with their names and wedding date in it. They loved it! They weren't going to open their gifts there, but I asked if they could. I wanted to see their reaction to the Heart Filet. Of course, our name was not on the package, because I had taped the card to the gift, but their grandkids put/took the cards in a basket and the gifts on the table. A few people were a little upset when they found out about that. But my Aunt & Uncle knew right away who the Heart Filet was from =)

I've been busy working/making a "Hot Pink Sweater" for my step sister. I had some left over Fun Fur Disco Trim from the sweaters that I made last year for my neices (her daughters), so I thought I would use them to trim up her sweater. I think it turned out very nice. =)

aawww.. Thanks Pam. I got the pattern from Chelle =)
I just love it. It's in the County Fair here this weekend. I hope I at least place 3rd on it.
Thank you for reading and leaving a comment on my blog.
Wow! That filet is beautiful! Great job!
Wow that is pretty what size is it if you don't mind me asking? I love the fur trim you did and how you have the different color on each sleeve too cute. I've made two of these so far for my two youngest god daughters.
